The Fern Residency Katra

The hotel was clean, the staff were helpful, and we enjoyed the food. We checked out a week ago after a good stay, but two service issues kept me at three stars. With our child, having hot water available mattered, yet we had to call reception each time we returned. Also, the room service phone rang without anyone answering throughout our stay, so we had to contact reception for everything. I hope they improve these things before our next visit.

Getting around for our Vaishno Devi visit was easy from The Fern Residences, Katra, and the team helped us with travel and local arrangements. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and our family found the rooms spacious, clean, and well kept, with the amenities we needed after the journey. Housekeeping was prompt. We also enjoyed the fresh, hygienic food and the variety at the restaurant. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to families and pilgrims looking for a comfortable, peaceful place.

The food was really good, especially what chef Mr Deepinder made. Mr Tilak from the restaurant deserves a mention too, he went out of his way to help. The rooms were clean, and all the staff were caring and very polite.

Mr. Sanjay Sharma, the restaurant incharge, helped us a lot, and the hotel's staff were amazing. I was overwhelmed by the divine feeling of the location and really appreciated the hospitality. I strongly recommend staying here.
