I’ve always gone to this hospital, but this was my first time bringing my child. My child was already scared, and the staff member was very rude to them. This was my worst experience with the staff at anand hospital. I won’t recommend this hospital anymore.
I’ve heard that Dr Ashok Anand treats poorer patients for free or at a very low cost. He has been treating patients for more than decades and is popular in the nearby villages and this region.
The basics were missing: the room wasn't suitable for two people and was poorly maintained. The bathroom was tiny and dirty, with damaged fixtures.
The hotel itself was good, but the family members are involved in all the hotel work and there aren't proper staff for it. For what you pay, you could choose somewhere a bit better.
The rooms were clean and reasonably priced. Staff were very curt and helpful, and I’d recommend the place.
