Hotel HBL International

I booked four nights but left before the first night was over, and they charged me half a night. The place was very dim, and the towels were worn out. I wasn’t sure the sheets had been washed, though that wasn’t even the main issue. There’s a bar or nightclub upstairs in the same building, two floors above. Music starts at 7pm, and it was so loud we couldn’t stand it for an hour. The furniture was shaking from the sound. When I complained, they said it might take a couple more hours to stop. If you’re looking for rest and decent sleep, you won’t find it here. Worst place ever, you’ll regret trying it.

It didn’t feel worth the money and came across more like a service apartment. Staff didn’t seem professional, and there was no hot water. Breakfast was the worst part: even after paying a good amount, there were only a few choices, served straight to the room because there’s no dining hall. The food didn’t taste good.

If zero stars were an option, that’s what I’d give this “hotel.” It’s in the middle of Gurgaon, but I wouldn’t trust the staff. Loud music played all night, cigarette smell was everywhere, the bathrooms were very bad and the toilets wouldn’t even flush. The Wi-Fi didn’t work properly either. I’d never advise anyone to stay here. Worst hotel ever.

The hotel is in a great location if you want to party or just have a few drinks, and the rooms are good. Service is only passable. Just so you know, it’s not couple friendly ; )
