FabHotel The Grand Heritage

Really, really bad. The room wasn't clean, including the floor, bedspreads, and pillows, and there was no geyser. Sorry to say, it's not suitable for staying.

I spent more than eight months at The Grand Heritage Hotel, and it really felt like home away from home. The rooms were clean, comfortable, well maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. The food was delicious and hygienic, with good variety throughout my stay. Staff were consistently courteous and attentive, always ready to help. Thanks to the whole team for making my stay so smooth and enjoyable. I'd recommend Grand Heritage Hotel for both short and long stays because of its comfort, quality, and hospitality.

At first they gave me a room with no heater and a bad odor. Mr Rahul moved me to another room within a couple of hours, but the heater there wasn't working either. The service motto should be to attend to customers and try to resolve issues, as Rahul at reception did. Anyway, all the best.

This was the worst hotel experience I've had. The security is inadequate, and after making a reservation they may refuse to give you a room, saying the booking amount is too low. Anyone thinking of booking should avoid this place. MakeMyTrip should block hotels like this or risk losing customers.
