Oyo 7967 Near Medanta

The owner said my booking was at the wrong price and told me to contact oyo. When I refused to pay differently, the receptionist told me to find another hotel. The reception was tiny and gave me a bad feeling: the owner had friends there, along with a hukka and whisky glasses, and groups of men stared at me and my family when we arrived. The owner and receptionist were rude, illogical, and mannerless. This place is not suitable for families. I don't understand why oyo works with arrogant, illiterate property owners. The reviews seem completely fake and meant to fool people.

There were cockroaches in the room, no elevator, and no place to sit in the hall. The bathroom door was broken, the towels were wet, and the taps were loose and worn out. There were no hangers, and the light switches were at the opposite end. The staff seemed untrained. All in all, a pathetic place to stay.

The food was a little costly, and the kitchen closed after 11 pm, so service wasn't available around the clock. Still, my stay was nice overall. The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff were very helpful.

This was the worst Oyo stay we've had, after staying at Oyo hotels in many cities. Oyo hadn't given us the hotel's name or directions, so check-in was late and stressful. We couldn't reach Oyo when we called during check-in. At checkout, the hotel charged us about the same amount as our booking for just one hour, plus breakfast, even though I confirmed at check-in that breakfast was complimentary. The one star is the least I could give.
