They kept changing my room, then asked me to leave in the middle of my booking. The people at the property also kept drinking there, which seemed extremely unprofessional to me. I have no personal grudge, but these people don't know how to run a hotel. Book here at your own risk.

After I arrived, they first said my booking was for their other property and sent me there. That property sent me back here. I waited two hours as instructed, then they said they don't accept online bookings and asked for cash at double the price if I wanted to stay. I had booked multiple days but had to cancel all of them. It was a lot of mental harassment. I lost one day's payment and spent much more waiting for a cab in the January cold.

I stayed three days on a business visit to Gurgaon, and the location is convenient off the main road. The staff were helpful and well behaved. Since the renovation, the rooms and linens are neat and clean, and both the geyser and AC worked. There's a nice lobby and seating area with a billiards table and comfortable couch, plus safe car parking. Excellent value for money, absolutely recommended.

After I booked, they told me no room was available, even though the booking had been confirmed. Then they said I wouldn't get my money back. The hotel isn't good and the staff aren't friendly. I lost my money after booking.
