DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Gurgaon - New Delhi NCR

I spent about six weeks here in Nov/Dec 2025, and it really started to feel like home. Everyone was welcoming, including all the other staff who made the stay so comfortable. At the lounge, Pia & Kushi were friendly and professional. Subhasish is my favorite Chef. Even with a busy kitchen, he made time to talk with guests, and his friendliness and love of cooking came through in every dish. Chef Gopal was kind and friendly too. Asia Alive was a real highlight. Ruthy & Misao are pure gems. Their care, attention, and genuine interaction with every guest made dining feel like an experience, not just a meal. They were consistently dedicated and made a huge difference to my stay. I also fondly remember Ria, Imran, Rohit, and Sunidhi from the restaurant. Each was welcoming and helpful, adding to the warm atmosphere.

The hotel’s location made commuting to our office in cybercity easy. My wife says that on our next trip to India, we should stay here again instead of aerocity. Best wishes to the management, and please keep up the service and the great team you’ve assembled. We were here for almost two weeks, and the staff made the stay memorable. Preeti handled check-in smoothly and quickly took care of what we needed. Harsh and the other front desk staff were courteous and helpful. Peace kept our room nicely done, with lovely flower designs and towel art. Mukesh ji, the bell boy, was amazing and helped us with many things. He deserves a special mention. The restaurant team was attentive. We missed home-cooked food, so Chef Aryan made my favorite breakfast and truly made our day. Chef Vishwa also made sure we had the best food at breakfast and in the evening lounge. Rohit, Rahul, Joshim, Ria, Ruthy, Omica, and many others looked after us, and Pinky at the coffee bar was very helpful. Most evenings, Khushi greeted us with a lovely smile and helped us relax in the bar cum lounge. Ms Pia Shethy seemed to be everywhere, looking after guests. Whenever we needed something, she would magically appear and help.

The staff made me feel welcome and cared for throughout my stay. They were soft-spoken, polite, and ready to help with a warm smile. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. A special thanks to Manthan, the Duty Manager. He was calm, professional, and attentive, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. He’s a real asset to the Hilton team. I’d happily return and highly recommend it.

Breakfast could almost have its own essay. The buffet brought together à la carte choices, Indian dishes, and Western favorites, with a remarkable range: Gujarati kachoris, South Indian idlis, dosas, and pongal, Mumbai pav bhaji, and North Indian aloo paratha. Everything was flavorful and well prepared. Rahul was attentive and warm at the buffet, and Pushparaj at the dosa station made each dosa with real skill and consistency. The location made it easy to get to major attractions and the airport. We visited in winter, when festive decorations added a nice seasonal feel. Christmas displays were thoughtfully placed around the hotel, and the reception desks designed as gingerbread houses were playful but elegant, without feeling excessive. Shivani Mishra, Manthan Agarwal, and Janaki Thapa deserve a special mention. Their warm, careful attention made routine interactions feel memorable and reassuring. The Hilton DoubleTree Gurgaon felt like a well-run place where hospitality, logistics, and attentiveness came together nicely. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay, with excellent food and service, and I’d happily recommend it and return.
