The location is very far out, with poor transport connections. The room condition wasn't good, and the staff didn't seem responsible toward guests. Their manner was very casual.

They refused to give me accommodation for booking ID J1V09303. I suffered because Oyo responded poorly, even after I had paid in advance. I don't recommend Oyo in the Gurgaon area.

Basic facilities and necessities weren't working, which made for a pathetic experience. I'd ask the public to look at other options.
