The way the rate was handled left me feeling misled. Management first agreed to a negotiated price, then at the last minute demanded cash and an extra GST charge that hadn’t been mentioned before. The experience was very disappointing, and service standards felt poor. I wouldn’t be fooled by the property’s presentation. Its management was extremely unprofessional.

The price is very high, but maintenance and cleaning were awful. There’s no dining table or chair, and the Wi-Fi is slow. Check the conditions before booking, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Apt 402 had lovely natural light and was comfortable. We had a very good stay, and the service was very good too. Thanks to all the staff, we’d come back!

The reception team greeted us with big smiles, and the whole team brought such great energy. We always love the vibe here. It was another amazing experience at this hotel.
