I was there for a business trip and would stay again on future work visits. The room had fast Wi-Fi and a comfortable workspace, and room service was quick. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the staff were cooperative and professional.

I called the number listed on the hotel's GMB profile, got connected to Fabhotels, booked, paid an advance, and received confirmation. But when I arrived in the middle of the night, the front desk receptionist denied the booking and said they weren't accepting online reservations. I showed the confirmation and explained that I'd called their listed number, but they told me to contact Fabhotels or make a direct booking. No one at Fabhotels answered my calls or replied on WhatsApp. I had to stay, so I paid the full price again, with no help from anyone. How can someone run a property on your behalf while the number on your GMB is dodgy? This hotel is a scam. Don't stay here.
