I used to stay here 3-4 times a year, and the service was good. But over my last 2 visits, I've noticed it getting worse. Even for a small request, you have to call reception 2 to 3 times. This time, my room had no intercom connection, the bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working, and the room wasn't properly cleaned. Room service was slow. The food was okay.

The location worked well for our visit to Max Hospital, and shops and restaurants were easy to reach too. I was there with my mother for 10 days while she received treatment. As a Bangladeshi 🇧🇩 traveler, I appreciated how safe and welcoming the place felt. It was clean, quiet, and affordable, and the staff were polite and ready to help. A comfortable, worry-free stay for medical or personal trips to Gurugram.

They helped me get a room despite my early arrival and the short notice. The reception and customer care team were responsive and supportive.

The prices are very attractive and don't change much, which I appreciate. I love the service whenever I come back. The food is great, the staff are good, and the stay is excellent. Hotel Manager Mr.Desh Raj is especially helpful.

The actual room wasn't up to the standard suggested by the MakeMyTrip photos. For ₹1300 a day, I'd expect a clean, decent room, and the quality here needs work.
