Alaya Stays Eternal Oasis

The forest view was lovely, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed and good room service. The restaurant food was great from breakfast through dinner. I really appreciated the chef adjusting the spice and chilli for me, and the manager and team did a great job. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in India. The staff were friendly and professional, and I’d happily come back to Alaya stays.

The pool and the calm atmosphere were my favorite parts of our stay. Our room was spotless, cozy, and clearly designed with care, and the staff paid attention to all the little details. Eternal Oasis by Alaya Stays is beautifully kept, with elegant interiors and greenery around it. It really does feel like a peaceful private retreat.

The food was delicious, and the hospitality was top-notch. I especially want to mention Mr Rishi and Mr Nikunj, who made our stay memorable. It was also a treat to have a lovely green belt view instead of being surrounded by a concrete jungle. Looking forward to coming back, and I’d recommend it to anyone.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially to a woman traveling alone. There are no fans in the rooms, and when the AC stopped working I felt suffocated. I called reception twice about it. Both times they sent the same man, who said he was an engineer. He raised his voice at me, insisted the room was cold, and said an AC doesn’t cool the bed like a fan would. I asked him to leave both times. On my second call I specifically requested that he not be sent again, but nobody came to help with the AC. His behavior made me feel so unsafe that I didn’t complain again that evening. I’d first been given an interconnected room. When I asked to move, they said the property was full, but then suddenly found another room. It seemed fine at first, until I realized its AC wasn’t working. The next morning, reception agreed that they often have AC problems because the hotel is new, but nobody had responded to my request the night before. The staff were extremely rude, the service was below average, and I had no working AC.
