The room was damaged all over, with a broken ceiling, and even the AC, lights, and TV weren't working. The bedding they gave us was very dirty, and the chair cushion smelled. They were charging the wrong room prices too. It felt like they were just robbing visitors.

We booked through Oyo, but at check-in they refused to honor it and told us to cancel and pay extra for the same room. Late at night, girls and boys in the adjacent room played loud music and used abusive language while apparently drunk, so we couldn't sleep all night. The hotel feels more like a PG than a hotel, and the location is in a cheap neighborhood. The owner, Gaurav Rawat, was aggressive and violent, and seemed unfit for hotel work. If you said anything, they were ready to fight and harass customers. This is a scam and a safety risk for girls and other customers. Oyo should delist places like this, and people should never book it.

Not a good stay. During my four days there, I had to call every day about breakfast, complain to OYO customer care, and eventually got it at 11 am. One person even refused to give the complimentary breakfast. On the third night the AC stopped working. They said someone would come repair it, but nobody did. A horrible OYO experience.

In the middle of a June afternoon, they told me to move to another hotel. I'd booked an AC room through the OYO booking team for 649, payable at the hotel, but the arrogant manager first refused me a room and then demanded extra money for AC. When I contacted OYO service, they wanted to speak to him, but he wouldn't take the call and switched off his number for OYO. The service was pathetic for a franchise like this. Even after many complaints about the hotel, they keep operating the same kind of places and fooling customers. Worst hotel I've ever visited.
