The rooms are okay for the price, and the location is fine. But dealing with the staff made the stay unpleasant. They were rude and unhelpful, and even simple requests took ages. Cleanliness and basic facilities were only average, and the lack of hospitality really spoiled the experience. Management needs to improve customer service.

The wholesale market right by the window started getting loud around 4 a.m., so there was no need to set an alarm. The room had no TV, and it was dirty, as was the toilet. No towel was provided, nor were plates or a spoon for eating. They served drinks in disposable glasses and didn’t even provide a small bar of soap. After several reminders, they finally gave me All Out, otherwise the room was full of mosquitoes. I’d give zero stars if that were possible.

The staff are nice, and it works as a budget place to stay. It’s right in the middle of the vegetable market, though, so the area is crowded and the noise could bother some people.

Everything else was fine, but room 103 needs more cleaning. There were lots of cobwebs, and a bad smell in the room made it hard to sleep properly.
