I stayed here for a week while visiting from Mumbai for work, and the staff were very supportive. After I checked out, I realized I’d left my gold chain behind. Sagar found it and returned it to me. That was a really sweet gesture, and I thought the hotel was great.

The staff were friendly and always willing to help, and the room was comfortable. I really enjoyed staying here. Thanks for making it such a great stay.

I barely slept. The AC leaked and didn't cool the room, there was no power backup or Wi-Fi, and the room wasn't clean. The washroom felt like a public restroom.

Rats and cockroaches everywhere, and they were making so much noise at night. God bless them and this hotel. Maybe I’ll come back in another life.
