Crystal Residency By OYO Rooms

I didn't feel comfortable in the room at all. There wasn't proper cleaning, the bedsheets were filthy, and the table beside the bed was completely broken. The hotel seems to get worse every day. They also don't stick to the rates shown when you book online. Once you arrive, the price goes up and they start arguing about it. I don't think this is a suitable place to stay.

The room locks didn't work, the washroom lock was broken, and the TV was out of order. They charge a lot but badly need to maintain the place. The room smelled awful, the blanket was stained all over and had what looked like blood on it, and there was a dirty bedsheet, no cleaning, and unwanted things left in the cupboard. The photos they show are from years ago, apparently. We ended up staying because we had no choice, after paying more than double the online price. It wasn't worth a single rupee. They showed one rate online, asked for double when we called to book, then demanded another extra charge close to midnight as if it were compulsory. A traumatic experience. Especially don't bring your family, or you'll regret it for the rest of your life. Fraudsters of this era.

The rooms were really dirty and not worth 1,000 rupees. The listed rate was 700, but when I got there they asked for 1,000. Oyo customer support didn't help. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The staff were rude, ill-mannered, and behaved badly with customers. The hotel was dusty, poorly maintained, and had no cleanliness; management was very poor. They didn't have tea, coffee, or soft drinks available. A waste of time and money, and a very bad experience. I strongly wouldn't recommend visiting or checking in here.
