I barely got any sleep because a group was partying and drinking loudly at night, and the hotel didn’t step in to quiet things down. In the morning they had neither tea nor curd at breakfast. The room situation had already started badly: after payment and document checks, they moved me from the room they had shown me to another one. Its bedsheets and duvet were dirty, staff refused to replace them, and there were no toiletries. The atmosphere felt uncaring and unwelcoming. It was an uncomfortable, frustrating stay that wasn’t worth the money. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

The hotel is new, with good rooms and clean bathrooms, though nothing stood out as exceptional. Room service was quick when called, but the starters weren’t good. We had four rooms for ten people for a friend’s birthday, and the AC in the party living room didn’t work. After asking five or six times, I went to reception myself; they offered a bedroom instead of another living room. The location is a little tricky, and they haven’t put up a sign for Mr.J.

The service and management were very poor. They didn’t provide basic bath or dental kits, and breakfast choices were limited. Often they said an item had run out and couldn’t be served. Network reception was so bad that calls only worked over Wi-Fi. I asked several times about the TV problem, but nobody came to fix it.

The food we ordered was so bad it stayed untouched, and they wouldn’t refund or replace it. The owner had made several promises for extra charges and didn’t follow through on any of them. The helper was rude and argued with my guests about turning off the music at 11 PM. My party was ruined, and everyone left unhappy.
