Hotel Soni Villa by OYO Rooms

I had a good time here with friends. The amenities and accommodation were very good, and they have their own kitchen. I just wasn't keen on the prices.

I've stayed at a lot of Oyo hotels, and this was easily my worst experience. I work in hospitality at a well known five star brand, so I was shocked by how the staff treated us. At check-in, we told the owner we expected friends to visit for just three hours that evening and were willing to pay if needed. We were told it wouldn't be a problem and could use a room on the ground level. Later, they changed their position. Mr.Rajat Negi shouted at us, including the women, and insisted we make a last minute booking at a very high rate, while treating us as though we were staying for free. He was ready to come into our room to fight, then said late in the evening that he didn't care and would check us out of both rooms immediately, and we could go wherever we wanted. The room also had a broken bathroom lock, torn linen, and a broken wardrobe handle. There was no toothpaste in Oyo. I hope someone takes proper action regarding the staff.

The room was fine, but the parking wasn't like the listing on Oyo suggested. There was no proper parking, and they had me leave my vehicle on the road. The food was poor and very overpriced, so ordering from outside is a better option.

The rooms are spacious, and the staff were helpful and polite. It's a very nice place and worth visiting if you need somewhere good to stay.
