Enkay Residency Sector 15

My husband and I stayed one night in a room booked under my MIL and SIL’s names. They were staying somewhere else that night. We had already provided our IDs and the room was paid for, but the manager questioned us the next morning and said it was “not allowed.” No one had clearly explained that rule beforehand. It felt like we were being pushed to book another room for no reason, which was unacceptable. After checkout, I was accused of taking a hand towel, which I absolutely hadn’t taken. They deducted money without properly checking first. I later saw multiple Google reviews describing the same issue, which raises serious concerns about their practices. I stayed here about a month ago, and the whole experience was disappointing. It lacked transparency, professionalism, and basic hospitality. I’d strongly advise future guests to be cautious.

The breakfast was poor, with a substandard menu, no fruit, and no replenishment when items ran out. The dinner selection on the package was also quite limited, since we could only choose menu items priced under ₹250. I’d booked both breakfast and dinner, but the service at Enkay Residency was highly disappointing. We’ve used this property for corporate stays before, but based on this experience, we won’t make future bookings.

At around 6:00-6:30 AM, we were told we had to leave because the property doesn’t allow foreigners. This was shocking and upsetting, especially since MakeMyTrip had confirmed our booking and we’d already handed over our passport details. We arrived at Enkay Residency | 32nd Avenue around 3:00 AM on 08-Feb-2026, after a late-night flight from Goa to Delhi. There was nobody at reception, so the security guard showed us to our room and took our passport details. I was travelling with my husband and our 3-year-old child, and being asked to leave early in the morning after arriving in the middle of the night was very inconvenient for our family. Even so, they charged us for a full day. A very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

They gave us some of the best hospitality we’ve had, and the service was amazing. I highly recommend this place for families. Thanks for taking such good care of us.
