The caretaker didn’t seem to anticipate what guests might need, and could be more attentive. The room itself was clean and decent, with window AC and a wall-mounted TV. The bed felt short for someone around 5'9". In the bathroom, there was no soap holder by the shower or wiper to clear the floor after bathing, and a switch by the bed would have been useful.
Breakfast arrived 40 minutes after I ordered, and it was poor quality. This time there was no bath soap either. Staff had a very casual attitude and didn’t answer calls on the intercom. On an earlier stay, they didn’t have a room key for me and opened the room with another key instead. They also gave just one towel for four people.
There was a power problem at night, but the service was very good. I booked through Oyo rooms under the couple section, and there were no questions at check-in or checkout. They accepted same-city ID proof, and breakfast was complimentary.
The food was good, and the staff were very cooperative. I had no complaints about the room either.
The room wasn’t cleaned well, the AC didn’t cool properly, and the TV connection kept having problems.
