Escape - Stays and Serviced Apartments

We had what felt like a home away from home at Escape Stays and Serviced Apartment, Gurugram. Everything from kitchen supplies to daily essentials was already there, and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. Cooking for yourself is easy here, with the needed utensils and facilities provided. Arpit and Monu were polite and helpful, and responded promptly to our requests. Our family had a very pleasant stay, and I'd recommend the place to families looking for a comfortable, straightforward visit in Gurugram.

After I raised my concern, someone from the property got in touch personally and explained the revised guest policy clearly. Management assured me they'd provide the best service possible going forward. I appreciate their proactive effort to sort this out, and would encourage people to keep using the property and enjoy the team's warm hospitality. This was my fourth stay at Escape Stays & Serviced Apartments in Sector 45, Gurgaon, on 22nd Feb 2026. I usually book there because of ongoing projects, and sometimes have office staff come by to help with work. The guest rules had been flexible before, but on this visit they were suddenly much stricter. I was asked for the precise time my guest would leave, and overnight guests are no longer allowed. I usually book for two even though I stay alone, so it seemed reasonable to me that one guest could stay over if it got late. I also found the rules inconsistent: the day shift front office manager gave different information from the night shift manager. Lately, the day shift manager has also seemed noticeably lacking in warmth and professionalism. Neither Goibibo nor the property told me beforehand about the policy change; I had to ask. Luckily, my guest didn't need to stay overnight, or I would have had to find another hotel at the last minute. With the sudden rule change and mixed messages, I'd think twice before staying again. I'd advise others to check the guest policy carefully before booking.

The host was quick to respond and made everything easy and pleasant. I found the apartment clean and roomy, and its location made getting around simple. I had a really comfortable stay here. 😊

Mr. Mathur looked after us well, and the rooms were super clean. For the price, the property was exceptional. It has a newer Air BNB or hotel style, with everything available under one roof. They stick closely to check-in and check-out times, which feels professional, so that wasn't an issue. I'd love to visit again when I'm in gurgaon.
