The comfortable atmosphere made the stay enjoyable, and the food was excellent. My room was tidy and well cared for, and the staff were warm and always willing to help. I’d happily come back. ♥️

Parking for guests wasn’t available on the premises, and the stay itself was uncomfortable and deeply disappointing. My room wasn’t properly maintained, cleanliness was very poor, and I saw insects and rodents in the unhygienic kitchen. That felt like serious negligence for a hospitality business. I also saw staff being treated disrespectfully in front of guests. There seemed to be problems with staff management and paying salaries on time. Management’s behavior toward female job applicants was concerning and made the work environment seem unsafe and unprofessional. During my stay, basic expectations around cleanliness, food quality, room service, and guest safety weren’t met. I’d advise other customers to be cautious before booking.
