The room felt like a cramped cubicle, not a proper hotel room. Mine was on the ground floor, with no privacy and constant interruptions. Staff were rude and arrogant whenever I raised an issue, and weren't helpful. Worst stay I've had. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone wanting comfort, basic courtesy, or an enjoyable stay.

I've been coming here for five years. The ambiance is good, the staff are helpful, and it's a budget friendly homestay.

The location is handy, close to shops and the metro, and our room was really clean. Staff were welcoming and made us feel at home. We had a lovely stay!

The sheets and apparel were spotless, and the rooms were spacious. Staff were polite and sent up hot water when I asked, which was kind of them. Still, there was no electric kettle or coffee maker, so I missed having coffee in my room. Otherwise, a nice place, especially for the amazing balcony view.

The rest of the staff were sweet, and the location is nice with good value for money. But the manager was rude and inconsiderate. He questioned me harshly for coming back late because he had to open the door, embarrassing me in front of my friends. I mean, apart from my dad, nobody asks why I'm coming home late. He also moved me to a different room three times in the week I stayed. Worst experience ever.
