OYO Townhouse 285 Sector 39 Gurgaon

I booked through booking.com while I wasn't feeling well, but the staff were rude and didn't help. The room listing said amenities were provided, including a kettle, but there weren't any available, and when I asked for one they refused.

The room and location were good, which is why I gave two stars. Everything else was a letdown. They charged us extra for the room, and the price we paid came with insulting comments. The hotel itself has some good points, but they need to think carefully about who they hire.

The stay setup at Townhouse 285 is really good, but service needs a lot of work. Unless it's an item from the in-house restaurant, things you order don't arrive in one request. Everything else is slow and delayed too. Housekeeping is only offered if a guest asks for it, according to the hotel, but I think it should be standard.

One Studio Hotel in Sector 39, Gurgaon, is a good value place with clean, comfortable, well-maintained rooms. The staff are generally attentive and helpful, and it's conveniently close to key areas, including Unitech Cyber Park and nearby malls. That makes it handy for business travelers as well as tourists. Most reviews are positive, though a few guests have mentioned small service improvements during busy periods.
