Treebo Premium Eden Residency

The booking call left me thinking early check-in would cost ₹600, but once we arrived, the staff suddenly said it was ₹600 per person. That felt misleading, like a way to get extra money from customers. Management seemed more like a poorly run PG than a professional hotel, and the staff were careless and unhelpful. It was a frustrating, very unprofessional experience. I'd strongly advise people to think twice before booking.

The rooms were a good size and comfortable, and this is much better than staying in main Delhi. It's also not too far from the airport. But maintenance and cleanliness need work: lights flickered, the cloth holder was broken, and the floors were dusty. Everything looked worn and in need of an update. WiFi wasn't very fast either. There's no lift, and basics like towels and brushes weren't provided in much quantity.

Everyone on staff, from reception to room service, was patient, helpful, and attentive. A great place to stay. Highly recommended.

The app showed my booking as confirmed, but the hotel didn't accept it. When I arrived, I was told it had been cancelled.
