We spent 10 days at the property and had a wonderful stay. The staff were warm, polite, and helpful the whole time. We really appreciated their behaviour and hospitality. Highly recommended.

I was a bit hesitant since it was my first time booking here, but decided to give it a chance. From arrival to departure, everything went well. The rooms could feel fresher since there were no windows for air to pass through, but otherwise all was good.

Staff were very courteous and the rates were decent. The hotel itself is pretty decent too, and the food was good without being too spicy. Breakfast is complimentary, though it isn't a buffet, and the portions may be a little small if you like a heavy breakfast. Definitely recommend it for budget accommodation.

The hotel is very quiet, a nice place for a few days. Staff are friendly and the food is tasty. It's about 1 km from the metro station, and there's an auto stand near Gould souk mall. I'd love to come back.

The lift and AC weren't working because there was no electricity, and the hospitality was poor too. The guy at reception was very rude when answering basic questions. I wouldn't suggest staying here. Try limewood nearby instead, where at least they know how to speak properly and take care of guests.
