The place looks decent online, but my stay was miserable and not worth the money or stress. Management at Mallenzo Suites seemed more focused on making guests post positive reviews than offering basic hospitality. Manager Pawan Pandey came to my room in the morning and pressured me to write a good review. It was uncomfortable and completely unprofessional. There was no breakfast service as promised. The room was terribly unhygienic: cockroaches in the bathroom, and the mattress, bedsheets, and towels were all dirty and smelled bad. Cleanliness and maintenance overall were extremely poor. Avoid it unless you want forced reviews, fake smiles, and a miserable stay.

The rooms were comfortable and quite good, and the hotel is in a posh area. Vinod ji, the front office manager, was especially cooperative. I had a wonderful time at hotel mallenzo suites, and the experience was very nice.

Mallenzo Suites was totally unhygienic and unprofessional. There was no breakfast service, the rooms were dirty, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. The mattress and bedsheets were filthy and smelly. Manager Pawan Pandey even came knocking early in the morning and literally pressured me to write a good review. Would never recommend it. A waste of money and peace of mind! 👎

The management was extremely poor, and the rooms weren't properly maintained. The linen was dirty, the washrooms unhygienic, and there was no proper breakfast service. Guests are pressured to post good reviews, which feels very unprofessional. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

The listing promised breakfast and amenities that weren't there, and they don't even have a kitchen. Staff were mostly missing, and when we asked the owner for basic fixes, they were outright rude. The room had dirty sheets, towels that looked like mops, no AC remote, a flooded balcony, and almost no water pressure in the bathroom. The property had removed its name board too, which made it feel unsafe. Definitely not a place that should be listed for travelers.
