Food and snacks from room service were reasonably priced, and the service was decent. In DLF Phase 2, the rates are dirt cheap: I paid 1400 per night for single occupancy and 1500 per night for double occupancy. The rooms are extremely old, though, and at those prices you shouldn't expect premium service.

At checkout, staff accused us of causing the small burn marks on the bedsheets and demanded ₹700 for them. We tried to explain the marks were already there, since the sheets had them when we arrived, but they responded with rude and abusive language instead of listening. We hadn't complained when we first noticed the marks because we thought it was minor. My recent stay at Fab hotel altus was very disappointing, and this behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Despite the prime location, the service and rooms are pathetic. They're so old, there's no hope for them. Even 500Rs rooms are better.

The rooms were good, and the toilets worked and had hot water. I also liked that they explicitly asked whether I wanted room cleaning every day. The hotel is older, though, and seems to need a revamp.
