The food needs work. Breakfast isn't a good choice here, and the healthy options aren't very appealing either. The rooms are very nice, though, and the staff are pleasant, especially the receptionists in the morning and afternoon. Andrew is great.

At 1850 rupees a day, it was an average hotel, about 5 KM from DLF Cyber City. It's tucked far inside, so cabs are hard to book and many drivers cancel after seeing the location. There were lots of small cockroaches, and I had to ask for a toilet kit because none was provided. Breakfast was basic, the same paratha and poha every day. The basement breakfast area had no proper AC or ventilation, and no water bottle was given, just a glass of water from a can. There was no breakfast counter, so you had to ask staff to serve you, which was annoying. Book only if there are no other options.

The rooms were decent, clean, and hygienic, but breakfast had only a few disappointing options. Prices have gone up while service has slipped. I'd put it around 3.5.

Getting here late can be a problem: after 10 pm the colony gates close, so you have to walk about 200 metres to reach the hotel. I also couldn't get anyone to answer the phone when I tried calling. Inside, the place smelled throughout, the furniture was damaged, and service was very poor. A really bad hotel and location.

The hotel is quiet and works well for business trips, though it's a little away from the crowded areas. The staff were polite and experienced. The property was quite clean, with spacious rooms and especially well-cleaned bathrooms.
