The service was awful. They didn’t listen, and it took three calls just to get a bottle of water. The people there seemed and acted weird to me, and came across as cheap and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, especially couples. Don’t make the mistake of staying here. The rooms look nothing like the pictures they’ve uploaded. Our room was filthy, with paan stains on the walls, cigarette burns on the sofa and table, dampness across the whole wall, and broken sockets. The bathroom was so unhygienic that I didn’t want to use it, and even the bucket and mug were dirty. We changed rooms three times and asked them to clean properly, but they didn’t. I wish I could get all my money back. I had to give one star, but honestly it deserves -100 stars.

The room was neat, but there were no almirahs and the TV didn’t work. For anything, you have to call the staff. Breakfast was a very small serving of one item, with no choice, and the kitchen staff seemed to be cutting a lot of corners. Customer care didn’t answer even though they knew an issue had been reported. For the price, expect only a four-walled room and nothing more.

The location is the one good thing here. Staff are pathetic, rooms aren’t clean, and there’s no real service. They wouldn’t provide towels, and the one I did get was used or dirty. I ordered a bottle of water, waited nearly an hour, then they stopped answering my calls. In the end I had to go downstairs and get it myself.

I had to go out in Gurugram’s scorching heat to buy a bar of soap because the hotel didn’t provide one. Breakfast was just poha or pasta, the TV didn’t work, and I had to chase housekeeping for hours before they cleaned the room and changed the linens. Some noisy guests were also making a racket at midnight. The AC was great, though it showed that service would soon be required.

The hallways were piled with garbage and mattresses, and the elevator stopped working a couple of times. There wasn’t a window with a view outside. Any window was frosted, couldn’t be opened, and gave no view of the surroundings. Several lights were out, there were holes around the light fixtures, and the fans in both the room and bathroom looked like they’d never been cleaned. The sheets and towels were dingy and dirty, with holes and stains. The walls were filthy and stained. The shower and toilet room were dirty and slimy once wet, and there was never hot water. TV cords hung everywhere, and several TVs in our group weren’t working. The staff acted as if they didn’t care whether you were there or dead, or even if you were talking to them. They treated you like a complete inconvenience. The pictures online are completely untrue. Absolutely disgusting. The owners should be ashamed. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here, and if I could give zero stars, I would.
