FabHotel Comfort Residency II

The location is far inside and hard to find, and there's no direct contact number for the property. You have to keep calling customer care, but they don't know the exact location. The booking team and property staff don't coordinate. The photos online don't match even 10%. They had no hot water or drinking water. When I asked for a doormat, a service boy brought a dirty towel and said I should be happy he was offering one even though it was dirty, since there were no bathroom mats. He knows a new guest will be given the same towel after a formal wash. The rooms were unclean, the staff spoke nonsense and behaved very rudely. This is a local lodge, not a hotel, and Fabhotels should stop grading itself as a hotel. Pathetic property and staff. Look for better options nearby.
