FabHotel Nyra Residency

I’m sharing what happened with my booking at FabHotel Amrit Residency through MakeMyTrip on 6 Feb 2026. When I arrived at the listed location, the hotel wasn’t there. FabHotels support gave me the owner’s number, and he said the hotel had moved and that every room was already booked, even though my reservation was confirmed. He told me to cancel through MakeMyTrip for a refund. I had my luggage with me and no clear place to stay, so I had to turn back without checking in. It was confusing and stressful, and caused unexpected trouble. If you’re travelling there, I’d suggest checking the location and calling the hotel before setting off, and having a backup if you’ll arrive late or with luggage. If the owner tells you on the phone to cancel, don’t cancel right away. Try to go to the location first, because MakeMyTrip or another site may ask whether you reached the hotel. If you turn back partway, the owner may deny having told you to cancel. Please be careful. I hope FabHotels and MakeMyTrip do a better job verifying listings and communicating with customers. This was my genuine experience, and I’m sharing it so others know.
