I spent a month here while caring for a patient at nearby Medanta. The hospital is walkable, or you can get there quickly by bike. The location is okay and the rooms are nice and a good size, though it depends on which one you get. Ground-floor rooms are noisy, and the first-floor WiFi isn't good. Service was the main issue. There are two managers or owners, and the difference between them is huge. Mayank was kind, accommodating, and looked after guests. I don't know the other manager's name, but he should move to a back-end role or leave hospitality. When I arrived, he said the room keys were missing and told us to leave the room open and tell them what was in our luggage. Another time I found glass shards in the food, and instead of helping us, he called the cook and sent him to our room. He shouldn't be in hospitality. His behavior brought the worst of typical Delhi NCR behavior into the hotel. I hope this helps you make an informed choice.

The room was full of mosquitoes, breakfast wasn't provided, the room service phone didn't work, and nobody listened to customer requests. The whole experience was pathetic and felt like a rip-off. I would never advise anyone to book rooms in Gurgaon through Fab hotels or a third-party app.

The rooms were good and spacious, and the manager and hotel staff were nice to us. We had a very good experience and will definitely visit again 😊

We waited an hour for a room because it wasn't ready when we arrived, and there was no hot water in it. We'd told them the night before that we wanted breakfast by 8 in the morning, but it still wasn't prepared. A bad hotel, even for a one-day stay.

The staff behaved well, which was the only good part. Our room wasn't ready and took a while to prepare, but it still smelled bad. The dishes weren't clean, the sheets were filthy and torn, and the comforter stank. We asked for another sheet and that one was torn too.
