FabHotel Rama Residency DLF Phase II

The staff were courteous while I was there, the location is good, and my room was clean. The hotel is a little dated and worn, and the food wasn’t that great. I gave it four stars for the value at the price.

After waiting two hours, I was told the hotel was sold out, even though I had booked one night through Goibibo. They offered to move me to another hotel they claimed was theirs, but it was not very good and lacked the facilities they seemed to promise. I turned down the cheap options they suggested. Then the staff member left without checking what I planned to do or whether I was cancelling. Even after I cancelled through Goibibo, the hotelier never confirmed it. This was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend the place.

I booked three nights and arrived with my parents, only to be told after waiting that the hotel was sold out. They said they would arrange another place and claimed it was their own hotel, though it was not very good. They seemed to be trying to make things right but didn't have the facilities to do so. I think I was the only guest staying at this hotel.

The 24-hour kitchen and room service are a real plus, especially since that is rare in Gurgaon guest houses. Rama Residency also has a cafe and a conference hall that can host a gathering of 100 people. It works well for corporate guests and families, with good facilities and welcoming hospitality. I’d recommend it for a longer stay.
