I had a terrible stay. There was a cockroach in the room, the almira was broken, and the washroom smelled awful. There was no coffee mug, kettle, or tea available, and the breakfast quality was very low. I suggest not booking through Fab hotel.

The shower wouldn't drain properly, the floors were dirty, and the sheets hadn't been changed after the previous guest. There were also cockroaches in the room, which is a serious hygiene and safety concern. The lack of cleaning and maintenance is disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend these rooms to anyone. I hope the hotel addresses this for future guests.

We had to switch rooms twice. One had lights that didn't work, and the other smelled strongly of smoke. There were cockroaches, stained sheets, damp patches in several places, and broken locks on different doors. The property clearly isn't maintained properly.

The room and bathroom were unclean, with insects in the room and a lot of hair in the bathroom. The linen was dirty and damaged. One A/C and the fridge weren't working, and the actual room and bathroom were different from the website photos. A terrible experience.

There was almost nothing provided in the room: no electric cattle, towels, or shaving kit. The TV was broken, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the landline didn't work. A very bad experience.
