They refused to check me in despite my confirmed online booking, saying they don't accept online bookings. If that's true, they shouldn't list the hotel on online platforms. It feels like misleading marketing: they bring in customers through online bookings, then ask for a higher offline price when the customer arrives. By then, you're left standing on the road without a place to stay. This is unprofessional and unethical. I'd urge others to be cautious before booking FabHotel Starlight Sanctuary.

The ACs weren't working properly, so all the rooms were quite warm. When I raised it, the host said he wasn't God and couldn't do anything. During my four days there, they moved me to another room three times. The host behaved very poorly and talked a lot of nonsense. It seemed like he was busy posting good reviews, bluffing customers, and taking new bookings. They should check and maintain the amenities before guests arrive. Will they refund the charges collected for AC? I had the worst experience and would never recommend staying here.

I came to India for my mother's medical treatment and had a comfortable stay here. The staff were nice too.
