The AC wasn't working as well as it should, and there were a few minor room problems. Still, it was a decent stay. The reception staff could be a bit better, but apart from that, things were good.

The staff are very friendly. I forgot my charger in the room and had already returned to Ahmedabad, but the receptionist sent it back to me by courier. I appreciate that. The bathroom fittings need an upgrade, and the dining area needs better hygiene.

There was no parking lot, so I had to leave the car by the road with practically no safety. The so-called buffet had only two badly tasting items, with no decent breakfast options, not even pranthas. They offered only "aloo poori and sewiyan upma." The property is quite old, and the bath and electrical fittings are old too. They added electrical sockets just above the head for phone charging. The fan regulator in my room didn't work, and the AC was noisy. They changed my room only after refusing several times, then offered another one smaller than the first. I'd go back only if there were no other options nearby.

The toilet faucet was broken, the shower head didn't work, and the Wi-Fi was out. Agoda showed breakfast included, but they refused to honor the Agoda booking and asked for extra money at checkout.

We had such a peaceful stay, with a lovely view of greenery and very neat, clean rooms. The staff were friendly and polite too. This was one of our best stays, and we'll always stay here when we plan to come to Gurgaon.
