The room hadn’t been cleaned, and there were no toiletries. I had to follow up several times just to get towels, and the ones they brought were dirty. The bathroom mirror hook was broken and the flush didn’t work properly. They also hadn’t put out basic amenities, so I had to ask for a glass, an electric kettle, and the TV. Terrible stay. I want Fabhotel to refund me.

I called reception several times to get my bill, but nobody from the back office responded. The staff treated customers very badly, and the service was just as bad. It felt like a fraud hotel.

There was barely any parking space, and I couldn’t find even one FabHotels sign, despite the place being listed under that name. The bathroom often had no water; when I complained, staff brushed it off and said it would come. There was no complimentary water bottle or toiletries in the room, and no refrigerator either. A really poor experience.

The rooms were messy, and the manager seemed careless about running the place. The geyser wasn’t working, and breakfast didn’t arrive until around 12:30pm, even after I complained several times. A horrible stay at TheFab TheIndian hotel.

The food had lots of variety and was really good quality. Staff made a great impression, and the service was excellent. The stay felt luxurious and was very pleasant.
