Flagship Near Artemis Hospital Near Bestech Central Square Mall

The OYO app confirmed my booking at ₹706, but at Hotel O Comfort Residency Near Artemis Hospital the staff refused that price and made me pay ₹1000 at the counter for one day. They said no hotel was available at that price that day, and under the pressure I felt I had no choice but to pay. OYO shows one amount in the app, then the hotel charges extra at the property. This feels like cheating and misleading customers. I have PhonePe payment proof and the UTR number, which OYO support can verify anytime. Booking ID: V36W0738. Booking date: 21 Jan 2026.

There was no water in the room, and the bedsheets were dirty, with holes and burn marks. They list rooms at very low prices on OYO, then charge extra when you check in. Not recommended at all.

The location is peaceful and really nice. I usually stay here, and for this price it's a good place to stay.

The rooms were very dirty and cramped, with unclean bedsheets, no toiletries in the washroom, and lights that didn't work. Some switches were pulled out from their fittings. Cleanliness and service were terrible, and there was no soap in the room. After booking and paying in full on the OYO app, I was told at the property to pay another 50% of the room cost without any clear explanation. The owners always seem to ask for more money, and customer support never gives a satisfying resolution. The staff and services were the worst. If you want to save money, don't visit. Totally worst experience.
