I wouldn't stay here again. The road leading to it is full of potholes, and the place is hard to find, especially after dark. Service wasn't good either. They ration the drinking water, asking you to return two empty bottles before giving you fresh ones. Absurd.

A lizard fell onto my shoulder while I was in the bathroom, and there was a spider too. When I told the receptionist, she said, “We can’t do anything about that.” The new receptionist was rude and unhelpful, and the bathroom had no soap or shampoo. I hadn't complained about the missing basics, but that incident was disturbing. My air conditioning didn't work all night. A technician came but couldn't fix it. I checked in late, then got a call at 10 AM saying I had to leave by 11 AM because I'd paid only ₹3,000. That felt abrupt and inconsiderate. At checkout I raised these problems and asked for a manager, but was told nobody was available and nothing could be done. I even offered to tell arriving guests what had happened, just so they would know, but I was dismissed again. The poor cleanliness, indifferent staff, and lack of basic hospitality made this a very unpleasant stay. I wouldn't recommend the hotel.

The rooms were stuffy, though manageable, and check-in itself went smoothly. The receptionist's attitude, though, was like facing your scariest schoolteacher. In the morning there was no water. When it came back, it was dirty. The towels were stained, the soap dispenser was empty, and staff walked into the bathroom with their shoes on, leaving a mess. I called several times, but they couldn't sort things out quickly. After all that, I didn't feel sure enough about the hygiene to try breakfast. The location felt fairly shady, and the road there was so bumpy it felt like riding a horse. Sometimes you make a mistake and end up somewhere like Galgotias hotel.

The room was very spacious, and the location worked well. There are food options nearby, including the hotel's own cafe, Domino's, and Chinese wok. Sector 22 market is the closest one.
