Grand Hyatt Gurgaon

The team made the whole stay pleasant and memorable, and I look forward to coming back. The hospitality, comfort, and attention to guest needs reflect the high standards of World of Hyatt. My New Year Eve at Grand Hyatt Gurgaon was amazing. Angad and Ketan from Reservations were quick to communicate and handled the arrangements with care and professionalism. Ayush from Food & Beverage gave us a great dining experience with warm, attentive service. Transportation was efficient and courteous, making every transfer smooth and stress-free. Nisha Kumari from Events Management also deserves special mention for outstanding coordination and support that helped everything run so smoothly. From the reservation onward, the service was thoughtful and seamless.

Jennie gave superb service, and the breakfast was lovely, especially the chole bhature and delicious pancakes. The room was cosy, and service overall was outstanding. I also want to thank the woman on duty around 1 pm on the 23rd, dressed in a black suit. I missed her name, but when my son fell in the lobby from an elevated floor and got hurt, she rushed over, gave him first aid, and took extra care of him. Staff like her are a real asset to the hotel. We had a lovely stay.

The noise from the bar/club next door is the reason for my low rating. The music is unbelievably loud and continues until around 3am. I've been to the bar myself, and it's usually empty, so it doesn't need to be played at that volume. The hotel offered to move me to a different room, which I appreciated, but that doesn't fix the underlying problem. Night after night, the thumping seriously affected my sleep and overall experience. That's a shame, because I've stayed here multiple times and think it's one of the best run properties around. The staff are fantastic, the food is amazing, and service is consistently exceptional. Every stay feels welcoming, and the transport to and from work is always well organised. It's primarily a business hotel, where guests need proper rest to be alert the next day. The hotel should strongly encourage the neighbouring bar to turn the volume down. They'd probably attract more customers with reasonable music levels. Unless this changes, this could be my last stay at the Hyatt, which is a real shame when everything else about the hotel is outstanding.

The buffet breakfast was a highlight, and the food was the best part of our stay. The whole restaurant team was fabulous. Chef Mukesh and Chef Raj, along with Aakash, Ranjan, Aditi, Khaminao, Sourabh, and Jagdeep, went out of their way to handle our special requests. At the Italian restaurant, Ujwal and Nupur were wonderful too. I stayed five days with my family and we had a great time. The rooms are luxurious and well furnished, and the staff are courteous, always smiling, and helpful. There’s a fully working gym, steam room, sauna, and swimming pool. An extraordinary stay in every way.
