Breakfast gave each day a great start, with loads of fresh choices. Our room was spotless, and I don't think I've ever slept in a more comfortable bed. The decor was beautiful, with lovely attention to detail, and the whole place balanced luxury with comfort. From check-in onward, the staff treated us like royalty. Service was truly impeccable.

The hotel is roughly 3 km from both the railway station and the airport. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, and the rent is moderate. Staff are cooperative and quick to help. Getting there is less pleasant: the approach road about 400 meters from Devaria Road is in poor condition. There are several stray dogs and puppies by the entrance, and their loud noise at night disturbed our sleep.

The breakfast was a highlight, with good variety and taste each morning. I spent three days at JVS Hotel in Gorakhpur in a suite, and found the room clean, pleasant, and offering a good view. Room service was quick, polite, and helpful, and the stay was comfortable. Some areas could use improvement, but it is already one of the good options in the city. I'd recommend it to colleagues and others visiting Gorakhpur.

We had a pleasant two-night stay in a family room for four. Mr. Rishabh and Mr. Ankesh looked after us well. The hotel was very clean, food service was prompt and hygienic, and the location near Ramgarh lake and the market was very good.
