The staff are always smiling and keen to help. When you head out in the morning, at least five people will smile and say good morning, and it rubs off on you. Service is very nice, and the hotel is a great business option for decent rates. The food is decent, nothing to write home about, and the gym could use improvement.

My first experience in their room was the worst, and I'm not going back. They make you pay before they smile, and you have to fill in all the details yourself. If you want a water bottle, pay them 40 rupees right away or they'll insult you. There were also some kind of insects in the bathtub.
