The rooms are clean, and the food is good. Staff were cooperative too. It's right behind DLF square, with easy access from the Delhi Jaipur Highway. I did have a card payment issue last time, but they arranged for me to pay at a nearby property. There is no lift.

For the price, the property is good and would work for a short stay. Aside from a couple of problems, my stay was fine: the bathroom only had hot water, whatever direction I turned the tap, and the complimentary water bottle was a reused Kinley bottle with its seal broken.

The food was good, but my stay was just so-so because the bathroom water was hot enough to burn you. Also, the place is actually Smart Inn 2, not Asian Hospitality. The wrong address on Oyo left me waiting outside for an hour. The correct address is M11A/6.

At this price, it offers good value. The rooms are spacious, furnished well, and clean. It's a couple of streets off the highway, so traffic dust, smoke, and noise aren't an issue, and DLF square is an easy landmark for finding it. The free Wi-Fi has a strong signal when it works, but it doesn't always work. The window AC is annoyingly loud, and the TV is often out of signal. Having its own kitchen would make the experience better.

The bathroom tiles were filthy, and the white bedsheet and dohar were dirty, smelly, and blackened. I couldn't sleep all night because of the stink. I'd tell people never to book this place.
