Homefort Stays, Millennium City Centre Gurugram

Homefort Stays has clean, spacious rooms and very polite staff. The location worked perfectly for us, near ISKCON Gurgaon. It could also be a nice place to book for a small party or gathering. Good value for money.

The room's condition fell short of what the hotel's website photos and description led me to expect. Its furnishings looked very old, and a lot of paint was peeling from the walls, leaving the place feeling neglected. I brought this up with the staff while I was there, but nothing was fixed. Instead, I got various excuses, which made the experience even more frustrating. I hope management takes the feedback seriously and improves room upkeep so it matches the online presentation.

ISKON mandir is right in front of the hotel and gives the place good vibes. The rooms are big, neat, and clean, and the food is very good, though it takes time to prepare. Everything else feels like good value for money. It suits either a personal or joint stay.

They took an extra ₹1,000 without giving a proper explanation. The rooms were in poor condition and hadn't been cleaned properly, and the manager wouldn't listen to our feedback, telling us to write it on Google instead. Room No: 301. Booking Date: 13th–14th December. Check-in: Late check-in on 13th December. A very disappointing stay, with poor service and a lack of professionalism. I wouldn't recommend this place.
