Hotel 91 Huda City Centre

I trust this hotel and keep coming back whenever I need somewhere to stay in this city. The staff are excellent and so polite, the room was great, and room service was fantastic. I’d absolutely recommend it, 10/10.

During our two-night stay on 19 and 20 April 2026, we went to attend a marriage function. When we returned, room 2104 on the first floor had been opened, and money was missing from the envelopes my relatives had given me. I checked with them about how much they had put in, and they said 50 rupees in each envelope. Some envelopes were missing too. I have already raised this with the hotel management but haven’t received any response. We had locked the room, so how did the money go missing? Who is responsible for our valuables in a locked hotel room, and what if I had kept other valuables there?

The place was clean and we had a great time. Hari Pandey helped me plan my daughter’s first birthday celebration and guided me through it. The facilities we discussed when booking the banquet were all provided.

There was no water in the morning, so I had to use another room to freshen up two hours later. The staff didn’t respond properly to the trouble we faced. Earlier, I waited an hour for shower gel, then had to collect it myself, and there were geyser problems too. The receptionist was very rude and flat-out refused to provide service support.
