I paid 1800/ for one day and checked in late at 2:00AM, yet they had a problem with my checking out an hour later. The service was pathetic. My towel was torn, the sheets were dirty, and the blanket was torn too. The property didn’t even have a water bottle to offer. They brought a regular bottle when I asked for bottled water, and that took 1hr. When I asked downstairs, they said even a bootle of water was charged. The washroom door wouldn’t lock, the room was torn, and the paint was falling off. Please value guest’s safety and improve overall hygiene. Opt for this property only at the last instance.

The checkout was another problem. They claimed I “haven’t made any payment,” though my booking was prepaid on MMT, and it seemed like an attempt to make things difficult again. Earlier, I reached at 10:10 AM, two hours before the official 12 PM check-in. MMT’s policy allows early check-in if rooms are available, and they were, but staff demanded ₹500 extra. Even after I explained the policy and called MMT customer support, they insisted. After almost 30 minutes of discussion they agreed to ₹400, again without a receipt. Both staff members were rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. The room itself was average. For water, they gave me a used mineral water bottle refilled with RO water, which felt unhygienic and unsafe, so I bought water outside. For two guests, they provided only one towel. The stay was stressful and far below basic hospitality standards. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable, and the delicious breakfast and seamless service showed how thoughtfully everything was handled. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. A perfect mix of comfort, hospitality, and elegance. I’ll definitely return and highly recommend it.

The food was the best part, really delicious. The hotel was clean, very good, and well maintained, with excellent service.

The people at reception and the rest of the staff were easy to reach and communicate with, and everything was accessible. Services were excellent, and the breakfast was both delicious and filling. It was a great stay, and I’d highly recommend this inn to my friends.
