Hotel Spoontree Boutique BnB

The administrator was arrogant and had a lot of attitude. She insulted us in front of her staff. There were three of us staying that night, and we had to plead with the staff for an extra bed instead of simply being charged for the one we'd requested. When the air conditioner stopped working, the night staff moved us to another room. In the morning, the owner told us never to come back or book there again. She said we were just enjoying switching rooms, even though her staff had seen that the AC had stopped working. The whole experience was awful. I wouldn't recommend staying somewhere that treats guests like dogs.

I've stayed here many times, and the rooms are great for the price. Everything else has been good, and the staff are friendly. Getting in late at night can be confusing because you have to work out which gate is open. The Wi-Fi is poor, and Airtel gets a weak signal here. Those are the only reasons I might choose somewhere else in future.

The staff were warm and quick to help, and the accommodation was very good. It's in a safe, central part of Gurgaon, though it can be hard to find when some colony gates are closed. Our room had two beds pushed together, but that wasn't a problem. The dental kit costs extra. I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for an affordable, high-quality B&B in gurgaon.

My room was 105 on the ground floor. The rooms and toilets were clean, and the room was large. Staff were good, and there is reserved parking for about 3-4 cars. The hotel is in a residential society.
