The washrooms were dirty, and the small rooms had no hygiene or cleanliness. They first gave me a room on the first floor and said, "You are alone, you can manage without a TV." I firmly said no, so they moved me to one on the third floor, where the WiFi didn't work. I needed WiFi for meetings, but they said, "We already told you to take the room downstairs." Later I found out the room assigned to me had no keys because they had apparently been stolen. Pathetic service and staff. I wish I could get a refund, but it's

At 11 at night I was outside on the road and called to ask which gate to enter. The staff member was extremely rude, saying, "You don't even know? That's the address. Come and ring the bell. Do I have to tell you that too?" He made it sound like I expected him to provide a free stay. His attitude made me question what the service would be like, so I booked another hotel and paid more. Respect matters. I don't know how they can serve guests if they can't respect them. Very bad experience.

Kishan, thank you so much for making my stay memorable. I was fully satisfied with the staff's behavior and loved the hospitality. No complaints.

I spent four days there. The food was tasty, the service was great, and the location was nice.

If you talk with the workers there, they'll do their best to help you.
