The first few days of our week-long stay were quiet and fine. Then, over the weekend, groups of men and women were allowed to party and drink right beside our rooms, making a lot of noise. With the hotel apparently almost 100% occupied by patients and attendants, we couldn't understand why rooms were given to people causing so much disturbance for everyone nearby. It was completely unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you need peaceful sleep.

The location is a big plus, especially if you're visiting Artemis Hospital. The rooms are average at best and sometimes below that because they're not kept up well. Service was just okay. Kaam chalau, basically.

The food tastes homemade, and the service was much appreciated. The staff were helpful and sincere, and I wouldn't regret booking here. Mr. Wazir (owner) and his manger, Mr Mahesh, were very supportive. I'd highly recommend the hotel.

The restaurant is a great place to sit, and the food is delicious, with Irani and other gulf dishes available at affordable prices. Mohit the owner of restaurant is polite, cooperative, and nice. Starex Hotel is also well placed between the two big Gurgaon hospitals, with Artimis Hospital and Medanta medicity Hospital about 7km away. Food, hospital, and metro connections are all good. The Managing Director of Hotel Mr Wazir Singh is a very nice, helpful, and cooperative person too.

This is about the ground-floor restaurant, not the hotel rooms. The food was absolutely pathetic, service was too, and the seating area smelled bad.
